职责和要求：
1.发音准确，良好的中英文语言表达基础，热爱教育事业，富有亲和力、爱心、责任心。 2.授课条理清晰，重点突出，生动活泼，擅于利用教学设备及外界资源丰富课堂气氛，课堂掌控能力强。 3.性格开朗、活泼、热情，喜爱小孩，通晓少儿心理，形象气质佳。 4.善于调动少年儿童的学习积极性和创造力。 5.英语师范专业或商务英语毕业，通过英语专业八级。 6.熟练操作计算机办公软件。 7.具有相关实践经验及一定培训潜力者优先。
Foreign teacher：
Main Responsibilities：
1. Give oral English lessons to the 3~16 years old kids and adults
2. Be familiar with the programmes and courses of our training center
3. Make classes wonderful by using various teaching activities
4. Begin and end classes on time.
5. Equipments care taking.
6. Be responsible for kids' progress
Qualifications：
1. Native speaker
2.Excellent interpersonal communication skills
3. Outgoing, energetic, passionate and cheerful.
4. Love kids and patient and enjoy singing and dancing.
5. Student-service minded
6. A sense of humor is a plus.
7. One year or above previous English teaching or training experience is a plus.
