The IDIIL Educational Institute is a Boston-based international corporation that has developed highly effective pedagogy for a fully individualized, discovery-based, interactive, incremental, and learner-centered classroom concept, as well as a state-of-the-art Intelligent Learning System designed to support IDIIL's pedagogy and classroom concept. The effectiveness of IDIIL's pedagogy has been proven both in our own learning centers and in public schools (via experiments sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Education and/or by local school districts) in both the US and China.

Responsibilities
-Teach & facilitate student based on IDIIL pedagogy
-Performance analysis and Academic planning for each student
-Classrooms set-up
-Equipments care taking
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree & above
-Excellent command of English (level 8 or a native English speaker)
-Excellent interpersonal communications skill
-Leadership quality
-Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful
-Loving, patient, and enjoying working with children
-Eager to learn and grow
-Previous English teaching experience is a plus

-在课堂里依照IDIIL教学法观察/引导/测试学生
-在课前对每个学生的学习进行分析并制定个别化的学习计划
-教室及教具的维护和管理
